The process of increasing the share capital of Batižele d.o.o. was completed with the implementation in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zadar - permanent service in Šibenik.

The share capital of BATIŽELE d.o.o., ŠIBENIK was increased from HRK 148,500,000.00 to HRK 296,615,600.00.

 In the capital of the company, the City of Šibenik has HRK 201,540,600.00 (67.94%), the Republic of Croatia HRK 67,154,500.00 (22.64%), the Environmental Protection Fund HRK 25,852,700.00 (8.72%) and Croatian Water HRK 2,067,800.00 (0.70%).

The founders and members of the company are registered in the court register: City of Šibenik, Republic of Croatia, Environmental Protection Fund and Croatian Water. Also, the members of the Supervisory Board were changed, as well as the provisions of the declaration on the establishment of the company.

"The realization of the Batižele project is extremely important for the development of the city of Šibenik, and therefore I would like to once again thank everyone who participated in this long-term process. The Batižele project includes over 200,000 square meters that are free of all debts, and this is our potential for the future," said Mayor Željko Burić.

The next step is to prepare for the announcement of an international public tender for investors' expressions of interest.
