Local facilities have successfully positioned themselves among the leaders in the Adriatic region, with a particular emphasis on building modern aluminum catamarans, servicing vessels for nautical tourism, and implementing technological innovations.
- "Podi" Business Zone: One of the most successful and award-winning industrial and business zones in Croatia. It serves as a central hub for attracting new investors in the logistics, renewable energy, and environmentally sustainable manufacturing sectors;
