On August 12, 2024, the company Batižele published a Notice on amending the provisions of the General Conditions of the Framework Agreement, i.e. eliminating the inconsistency between the provisions of point 17 (B) and point 7 of the General Conditions of the Framework Agreement on Development, and related to the start of payment of fees for facilities under the right to build.

Acknowledging the fact that the same notification affects the documentation that Qualified candidates are required to submit as part of a binding offer, the Batižele company made a decision on August 13, 2024 to extend the deadline for the submission of binding offers for an additional two weeks. Following the above, the deadline for submitting binding offers is September 2, 2024.
