Development Models and Investments

Following the City Council of Šibenik’s adoption of the Detailed Urban Plan (UPU), Batižele d.o.o. will proceed to divide the project into two or more separate areas. Separate international public tenders will be launched for these areas to attract specialized investors and mitigate individual risks.

The company plans to develop the Batižele zone using two different models, depending on the type of facilities to be constructed:

• Model A: Sale of real estate designated for residential use;
• Model B: Establishment of building rights for the hotel zone.
