The Šibenik project "Batižele" was presented at the recently held Conference on development trends and the real estate market in the Republic of Croatia TREND 2023-2027. in Zagreb. At the meeting, which took place for the 17th time, the real estate market in Croatia and investment trends in the coming five-year period were discussed.

Through detailed expert presentations, the participants heard numerous current events about real estate sectors and newspapers in the field of "investment" and alternative real estate. They also talked about the future of Croatian tourism and other topics of interest to the general public, such as interest rate growth, inflation, recession, real estate prices, procurement of energy and construction materials, availability and expertise of the workforce and a number of other issues.

Precisely because of this, the Conference was an ideal opportunity to present the Šibenik project "Batižele", which is in an advanced stage of preparation for the tender process. The participants of the expert meeting learned many details of our engagement related to the area of ​​the former factory that we are counting on, details about finding the best solution in the interest of the City of Šibenik and all stakeholders involved in the project, and efforts to make it interesting and attractive to potential investors - said Nina Kursar, director city ​​company "Batižele" d.o.o.
