The company Batižele d.o.o. initiated the process of developing a conceptual urban design for the mainland part during the second half of 2025, with the aim of developing a quality solution for the zone, but also with the possibility of launching the process of developing project documentation for public and social facilities in the same zone in parallel with the process of developing the UPU Crnica.
