Project Vision: A New City District

The development of the Batižele site represents a strategic westward expansion of Šibenik and the creation of a modern, year-round district that blends local life with high-value-added tourism.

• Modern living and tourism: A blend of modern residential zones and a high-end hotel complex, creating new jobs and a premium tourism offering.
• Spaces for citizens: A large central park and public amenities dedicated entirely to the people of Šibenik.
• Economic growth: Synchronized development of public spaces and investments for the long-term well-being of the entire community.

The project is driven by the concept of sustainable and inclusive urban planning, based on three key pillars:

• Family atmosphere and education: Construction of a kindergarten, as well as primary, secondary, and music schools, within a safe neighborhood featuring pedestrian zones.
• Culture, sports, and community: A multifunctional hall and barrier-free public spaces that are welcoming to seniors and appealing to young people.
• General well-being: Raising social, educational, and cultural standards throughout Šibenik.
