Public tender for the selection and appointment of directors

Based on Article 25 of the Articles of Association of the company BATIŽELE d.o.o. real estate management company Šibenik, Trg palih branitelja Domovinskog rata 1, OIB: 73841169007, the Supervisory Board of the company Batižele d.o.o. adopted at its 10th meeting held on January 26, 2026 the Decision to announce a public tender for the selection of directors of the Company.

The text of the Public Tender was published on January 28, 2026 in the Narodne novine, issue 10/26 and in Slobodna Dalmacija, and the deadline for submitting applications for the tender with evidence of meeting the requirements and other specified documentation is 8 days from the date of publication in the "Narodne novine".
